Casale Drinzi: a rustic farmhouse immersed in the Madonie Park
Located one kilometer from Collesano (contrada Drinzi), Casale Drinzi is a rustic farmhouse immersed in the greenery of the Madonie Park. A beautiful farmhouse with a large room with wooden beams and terracotta floors. It offers a restaurant of about eighty seats, free on-site parking and rooms with mountain views.
The proposal of the kitchen is linked to the best regional traditions and traditions of the surrounding area, with a strong sensitivity to the selection of many of the raw materials used, products from slow food at km0: platters of cold cuts and cheeses, black pork loin of Avola; among the main courses, the soup of the Casale is very important; varied pizza menu, from the classic proposals to the more delicious one; craft beers and a wide variety of wines from the finest Sicilian and national wineries.
The restaurant has a soft and restful light, which creates a warm and familiar atmosphere. Once inside, you will not be able to escape the charm and pleasantness of a place that tells, with its elegant and sober style, its own romantic story and that of the area in which it lives.
